How long does it take to set up hotel management software?

Can I move my existing bookings and guest data across?
- Yes. You can load your existing room and guest data during setup, and export everything back out of HospitPro at any time in CSV, Excel or PDF. Bookings, folios and GST invoices are all exportable, so your data is never locked in.
Is there a contract, or can I cancel anytime?
- There is no annual contract. HospitPro bills month-to-month and you can cancel any time from your dashboard, with access continuing until the end of the period you already paid for. Annual billing is optional if you prefer it; see full pricing and plans.
Do you take a commission on my hotel's bookings?
- No. When you connect your own Razorpay account, booking payments settle directly to you and HospitPro takes no cut. You pay a flat monthly subscription only, unlike OTAs that charge per booking.
What happens after the 14-day free trial ends?
- Your account is simply suspended until you pick a paid plan. Nothing is charged automatically, and no card is needed to start the trial. Your data is retained for 30 days, so you can subscribe later and pick up exactly where you left off.
Does it handle GST-compliant invoices for hotel stays?
- Yes. Guest folios track each charge with its GST base and tax portion, and checkout generates an itemised tax invoice on a consecutive number series per GSTIN as Rule 46(b) requires. Always have your CA verify returns before filing.
